Cannot compile 5.0.16 version on 7.04.365 (R14) Windows 64

By trying the message is

Corrupt P-file "D:\easyspin-5.0.16\easyspin\easyspin.p".

Windows XP (64-bit), Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) seems to be installed.
